Coached open water sessions for upto 5 people.
Rob will be coaching from a SUP so you will need to be confident swimming &/or treading water for the duration. We have 2 swim buoys to loan to those with slightly less confidence.
Coaching will be for 30mins, following which you can use the public course to swim for the remainder of the session.
Please note you will need to be a https://popupopenwaterswims.vpweb.co.uk member (£10 for the season) to participate in these sessions.
No need to book with Aldo as the swim fee is covered in this session fee.
Don't forget wetsuits are mandatory.
