Pool Swimming

This is a Coached Swim Session, open to all abilities with 6 lanes seeded by Critical Swim Speed.
Ideally you will require a pull buoy, hand paddles & swim fins which will make some of the drills easier/more effective, but if you don't have them it's not a problem.
Please book in to avoid disappointment there is a waiting list should no spaces be available. If you cannot attend please ensure you cancel more than 24hrs prior to, regrettably cancellations after this or no shows will still be charged.
