Build your bike fitness with this coached session in the spinning studio.
Don't forget to bring a full water bottle & a sweat towel. Bikes have traditional toes clips for use with trainers & SPD(mtb) style pedals. Shoes should ideally have a rigid/semi rigid sole.
Please book in to avoid disappointment there is a waiting list should no spaces be available. If you cannot attend please ensure you cancel more than 24hrs prior to, regrettably cancellations after this or no shows will still be charged.
