This session is to improve strength endurance for running to make performance stronger during triathlon, to be able to recruit more developed muscles after prolonged endurance exercise and complete the run element in a more comfortable position.

Please sign up in advance to secure your place and meet by the track at the Leisure Centre for a 9am start.
