  This is a Coached Swim Session, open to all abilities with six lanes seeded by Critical Swim Speed.

  Ideally you will require a pull buoy, hand paddles and swim fins which will make some of the drills easier/more effective, but if you don't have them it's not a problem.

  Please book to avoid disappointment. There is a waiting list should no spaces be available.

  If you cannot attend please ensure you cancel more than 24hrs in advance, cancellations after this or no shows will still be charged.

  Build your bike fitness with this coached session in the spinning studio at Crowborough Leisure Centre.
  

  Don't forget to bring a water bottle and a towel. Bikes have traditional toe clips for use with trainers & SPD(mtb) style pedals.  

  Please book your class online. If you cannot attend, please ensure you cancel more than 24hrs prior to the session, as cancellations after this time or no shows will still be charged.

  Please remember to wipe down your bike and loosen/lower the seat/handlebars at the end of the class.

  Our AGM is taking place at the Boarshead Pub again this year, after swimming on Monday 28 April.

  PLEASE SIGN UP IN ADVANCE so that we can notify the pub of numbers attending.

  We hope you can join us to hear about plans for club events in the year ahead, to help us ensure we are catering for all our members and to shape our club for the future.

  Election for officers of the committee will take place and we would welcome any nominations. Being a member of the committee involves attending 4 meetings per year with your tri club friends! For more information on what is involved please do ask any of us.

• CTC ride IOW #3

  The 3rd year for our popular day cycling trip to IOW.
  This year on the 31st May. 
  Some info below, more to follow, but in the meantime, please register your interest by 31st March, plus pay a £10 deposit, towards expenses for our support vehicles. 

  Ferry crossing details to follow but will aim to cross about 09:00 Portsmouth to Fishbourne. Arrive at 10:00 ish

  Route approx. 110km round the island with 4 feed points plus the finish.

  Return ferry target approx. 17:00 dock in Portsmouth at 17:45 but they will accommodate an earlier ferry if they can.

  THIS IS A NON DROP RIDE.

  Parking is opposite the ferry terminal an NCP car park PO1 2LA.

  Each person is responsible for their own transportation to and from the ferry terminal as well as foot passenger costs (£20ish return).

  The support vehicle will carry bike spares and additional self supplied food and drinks but there are also other opportunities on the route for drinks but not planned any lunch stop.

  Please ensure your bike is in good working order and you have read the Code of Conduct for club members and participants. Properly fitting helmets and lights are essential. Please note that TT bikes should not be used.
