This is a Coached Swim Session, open to all abilities with six lanes seeded by Critical Swim Speed.
Ideally you will require a pull buoy, hand paddles and swim fins which will make some of the drills easier/more effective, but if you don't have them it's not a problem.
Please book to avoid disappointment. There is a waiting list should no spaces be available.
If you cannot attend please ensure you cancel more than 24hrs in advance, cancellations after this or no shows will still be charged.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle and a towel. Bikes have traditional toe clips for use with trainers & SPD(mtb) style pedals.
Please book your class online. If you cannot attend, please ensure you cancel more than 24hrs prior to the session, as cancellations after this time or no shows will still be charged.
Please remember to wipe down your bike and loosen/lower the seat/handlebars at the end of the class.

Our AGM is taking place at the Boarshead Pub again this year, after swimming on Monday 27 April.
PLEASE SIGN UP IN ADVANCE so that we can notify the pub of numbers attending.
We hope you can join us to hear about plans for club events in the year ahead, to help us ensure we are catering for all our members and to shape our club for the future.
Election for officers of the committee will take place and we would welcome any nominations. Being a member of the committee involves attending 4 meetings per year with your tri club friends! For more information on what is involved please do ask any of us.
Best wishes,
Your Committee
Join us this week for the last outdoor ride of the season! TBC is our ride leader. This is a 'no drop' ride accommodating all abilities.
Depending on numbers wishing to participate, we will run one or two groups with a limit of eight cyclists per group (including the ride leader).
Please register for this event to allow us to ensure there are sufficient ride leaders to accommodate everyone.
Meet at TBC at 18:00 for a prompt departure at 18:15.
Please ensure your bike is in good working order and you have read the Code of Conduct for club members and participants. Properly fitting helmets and lights are essential, as is bright, visible clothing. Please note that TT bikes should not be used on group rides.
We're going to do a lovely social ride down to Folkestone, hopefully the sun will shine, and then we'll return on the train (or you can ride back if you're keen!) Fish & chips on the beach guaranteed, maybe a dip in the sea for the brave too.
Start at Tonbridge station so your car is parked ready for your return. Or park and start further down the route if you don’t want to go the full distance.
We thought it would be great for the Club to have an outing to Blenheim Palace. They run a weekend of events covering 6th and 7th June 2026 with various different distances.
If any members are interested we could focus on Saturday 6th June for the sprint triathlon.
There is an early bird offer until the end of October 2025 Price will rise on the 1st November.
Enter now for the cheaper price.
It would be such fun if we could get a few of us together to compete.
